Is smoking allowed on the property?

  No. This is a non-smoking venue.

 

Can we bring our dogs?

  If your dog is a member of the wedding party they are most welcome. This is a working ranch thus dogs that are not familiar with the property create a  risk to the other animals on the property. The member of your wedding party must be on voice or leash control. No barkers. All other pets get to stay at home.  

 

Can we camp on the property?

You bet! We love camping! We have area for RV's and tents. Dry camping rounds out the rural experience! (No hook ups. There is also a weight limit on RV's depending on the time of year. The ground water can be at 6 feet and the big RV's will sink!)

 

Is there a noise or time limit?

Great news! There is no town ordinance! Enjoy the music until midnight if you like. If this exceeds the twelve hour same day pricing there is an additional fee charged per hour. 

 

Can we have a camp fire?

 A large camp fire is provided. No individual campfires. Also no open flame in the barn. There is cafe and mini lighting, wagon wheel and saloon chandeliers to create the perfect barn ambiance. Outside enjoy the Milky Way!!!

 

Is there parking?

There is plenty of parking! Of course  we encourage carpooling when ever possible!

 

How much do you charge?

Base price is for 12 hours day of the event $4500. This includes 4 port-o-potties and trash, two hours the night before for rehearsal and drop off of supplies. 

 

Is there a private place for the bride to finalize her preparation for the 'walk down the isle'?

There is a room available to finish the last details equipped with a long  mirror, a refrigerator and casual table and chairs.

 

How do I make my day as stress free as possible?

We strongly suggest at a minimum a day-of coordinator. You might also consider a wedding planner. Which ever, it is your day and we know you will enjoy the wedding or event of your dreams.
