Is smoking allowed on the property?

  No. This is a non-smoking venue.


Can we bring our dogs?

  If your dog is a member of the wedding party they are most welcome. This is a working ranch thus dogs that are not familiar with the property create a  risk to the other animals on the property. The member of your wedding party must be on voice or leash control. No barkers. All other pets get to stay at home.  


Can we camp on the property?

It depends on the event, so yes, if you'd like to camp please let us know and we can talk about making that happen.


Is there a noise or time limit?

Great news! There is no town ordinance! Enjoy the music until midnight if you like. If this exceeds the twelve-hour same day pricing there is an additional fee charged per hour. 


Can we have a campfire?

 No, all flames are banned due to the high risk of forrest fires.


Is there parking?

There is plenty of parking! Of course, we encourage carpooling whenever possible!


How much do you charge?

Base price is for 12 hours day of the event $4500 mid-week and $6500 for a Fri-Sun event. This includes 2 port-o-potties and trash, two hours the night before for rehearsal and drop off of supplies. 


Is there a private place for the bride to finalize her preparation for the 'walk down the aisle'?

There is a room available to finish the last details equipped with a long mirror, a refrigerator, and casual table and chairs.


How do I make my day as stress-free as possible?

We strongly suggest at a minimum a day-of coordinator. You might also consider our ranch wedding planner, Lindsay McIntosh. For an additional fee we will help you achieve your perfect day. Whichever, it is your day and we know you will enjoy the wedding or event of your dreams.
